Sharing a very unpleasant experience with you from a honest eBay member jubileehappy --

I’ve been selling stuff on eBay for 6 months now and keep 100% positive feedback. However, I have a very frustrating experience with eBay regarding my Tiffany item in the past two weeks. It was the first Tiffany item that I tried sell – a vintage Tiffany 14K sapphire shamrock brooch pre-owned by my mother. I’d like to sell it and get other Tiffany sapphire item from eBay (p.s. I’m a sapphire lover!)

However, the item was removed for couple times from eBay listing and eBay didn’t provide me definite answer, just simply replying that I violated eBay policy since the descriptions of the item is associated with fraudulence.

I e-mailed eBay customer service several times and also contacted Tiffany rights owner regarding this matter. I explained to them that it is an authentic Tiffany piece, Tiffany rights owner doesn’t have any problem for me to list it on eBay. I told them that I wrote my own descriptions and took my own photos. If there is any inappropriate description, please be specific. But eBay customer replied this morning that the decision has been made and they won’t answer my e-mail any more.

So it seems it is the end of the story – I can’t re-list the Tiffany item any more :-
