You are BRILLIANT! I filed this morning and hope they can take care of this. This buyer was so unreasonable! This really broadsided me....I tried to be polite, but this person made it very difficult. The advice from ebay to ignore her, she'll go away, didn't quite work out...They are changing the feedback forum and actually making it easier for buyers to trash sellers with no consequences. When I pointed this out, they quickly changed the subject to, "Your rates will be going down..." I'm surprised they didn't ask, "Did you loose weight?" Anyway, I hope square trade can make this go away. Its too bad ebay doesn't step it at some point and do something. It makes me wonder what all those employees do all day. Its always so great to hear from you. I have had some emails from some of the other wonderful people I have met on ebay and everyone has been so supportive. Thats the upside of this mess. For this one unreasonable ebayer, there are so many amazing people I have met through ebay, it's still an enjoyable experience. Again, thank you very much for your friendship and advice. It won't take you long to file a 'case', and it will cost you $29.95, but that will be worth it to get her mean comment removed; it will take about 2 weeks. Take care!
